Whilst The Ultimate FBA works hard to prevent any or all errors and omissions, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance or completeness of information offered on this website for any particular purpose or use.

The material on this website is owned by or licensed to The Ultimate FBA and includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction of all material is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice and with permission given.

The Ultimate FBA, course instructors & support team will not be held liable in connection to the website, products or services offered both by us and others. This includes direct, indirect, or consequential losses. We are not liable for any financial losses caused a result of using the website.

By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that The Ultimate FBA is not responsible for the welfare of students.

 

Rights

The Ultimate FBA reserves the right to change or alter any part of the website, with or without notice, both temporarily and permanently. We always work to always maintain the website; however, it is subject to change.

This website may also include links to other websites or applications. These links are provided for the user’s convenience to give further information. They do not signify that The Ultimate FBA agree or endorse them and are not liable for their content.

Pricing

Payments between The Ultimate FBA and the users are handled by Stripe Inc. & PayPal. All prices for The Ultimate FBA services are correct at the time of writing and are subject to change at any time before an agreement is made; once an agreement is made between The Ultimate FBA and a user the price is fixed unless stated. 

Although we try to ensure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when something is priced incorrectly; we will verify the cost at the point of payment. 

Consultations calls will be paid for in advance if no payment is received before the indicated time slot the consultation will not go ahead. The Ultimate FBA has the right to cancel consultations calls without notice. If this happens due to a scheduling error on the course instructors’ part, then the cost of the call will be refunded to the user. If the user misses their scheduled time slot, they will not be able to rebook for free. If you are running late, you must let the instructor know as soon as possible. If there is a ‘no show’ the appointment will be cancelled after 5 minutes of the time has elapsed, no refund shall be given.

Payment & Payment Plans

You are required to pay for the training programme and services in full at the time of purchase. We may terminate your access to the training programme and all additional services if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect this. All product and materials within the programme will always remain property of the business and not to be reproduces or distributed.

Where possible you may have the ability to pay using a payment plan. 

If you fail to make any of the payments on time you will be automatically un-enrolled from the course(s) and all its services immediately. You will not be entitled to a refund for any monies paid. 

The Ultimate FBA is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by PayPal. For members making their payment plan payments through PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date, to do this you can follow the steps on the PayPal site here. If you have set up a recurring payment it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is cancelled with PayPal directly to save any future payments being taken by PayPal.

Please make yourself aware of PayPal’s Privacy Policy if this is your chosen payment gateway for your membership.

Refund Policy

We offer a very generous refund policies as well as your statutory rights, please read the following for a full understanding of our policy.

For the Amazon Private Label Training Programme with all support:

You are entitled to a refund WITHIN 14 Days of initial purchase however you will not be eligible for a refund if you have:

- Accessed (streamed/watched/downloaded) over 30% of the respective content (If you open a lecture it counts as being watched in full). 

For monthly Support Members only:
- To maintain access to all available advice, support, and bi-weekly live calls a monthly subscription must be active.

- You may cancel your subscription any time by emailing [email protected]

- Your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period.

- You shall not be charged after cancellation.


For any clarification, please contact [email protected] BEFORE purchasing.

You will not be eligible for a refund if you have broken any of the terms. There are NO Exceptions.

 

The above policy super-seeds your consumer rights which hare as follows:

You also have statutory rights as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a 14 day 'cooling off period' starting from the day the courses are supplied to you. This will be your purchase date as you are enrolled automatically upon purchase. 

 

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you forfeit your right to a cooling off period if you have done any of the following:

- you have accessed the digital content in any way, OR

- you have completed/streamed/downloaded any of the course(s) material and any tests, OR

- you have received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course.

If you wish to claim a refund under the statutory 14 day cooling off period or our 14-day guarantee this must be done in writing via [email protected]

Once your access to the paid course(s) and services has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any tests, support, or receive a digital or printed certificate for the course.

 

Extended Services

Lifetime Access:

- Lifetime Access refers to the lifetime of the course, not the lifetime of the purchaser or the Company. If a course is due to be discontinued, you will be given six months’ notice prior to termination during which time you may access any materials available to do so.  The content of discontinued courses remains covered by the usage and copyright agreements detailed above.


Subscription Content:
- You will have unlimited access to subscription content if you have an active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period.

For the Amazon Private Label Training Programme and Monthly Support subscription you are given access to community support groups with the course instructor & support team as part of the course. If you require help and support, please only use the designated supports groups mentioned. You will not receive extended 1-2-1 support through Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

Educational & Informational Purpose Only:

The information contained on this Website and the resources available for access through this Website are for educational and informational purposes only.  The information contained on this Website and the resources available for access and purchase through this Website is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as financial, medical, health, psychological or any other professional advice.

For all members: You will have the ability to access the Amazon Private Label Training Programme and support groups using your sign-up email and phone number. If you are not accepted into the group within 5 business days, please contact The Ultimate FBA by e-mailing [email protected] to have this resolved. The course instructor and support team accept no responsibility if you enter your details incorrectly. 

The course instructor and support team can refuse access to the extra services if any of the terms and conditions above are broken, this also includes:

- If you share affiliate links or self-promote in the student’s community groups, discord, Instagram, Facebook or Telegram groups.

- If a member personally attacks another member or course instructor or support team member with words that are harmful, threatening or not in-line with our mutual respect policy, that member will be ejected from the group or respective service.

- Posting graphic or disturbing photos, videos, and other media in the group.

- Sending unsolicited private messages to other members

If any members of any of The Ultimate FBA training programs break any of the terms set out The Ultimate FBA reserves the right to remove the member from any and all services.

 

Mastermind Group

All opinions will be treated with mutual respect unless they violate the aforementioned rules. Treat your fellow group members with that same respect.

Do not post graphic or disturbing photos, videos, and other media in this group. If you are not sure about the content that you want to post, email me directly.

All group admins are entitled to deny entry to any member they choose. They are also allowed to boot out members that don’t comply with the house rules.
