It's fantastic to welcome you to the program. The training you now have access to is laid out across ‘stages’ that you move through in order. These are laid out in a specific order as this is the order suggested to help you build what in most cases needs to be built. There is a lock placed on content until this agreement has been signed. After signing this agreement, content will be unlocked within 24 hours. Depending on the package and/or consulting agreement that you have purchased, content extras and bonuses are explained either within or by Jonny on either your introduction call or on your first consulting call. You are able to access and make use of the extras and bonuses at your convenience.

As part of your purchase of training with Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA, you are entitled to either a set amount of group-coaching calls or one-to-one coaching calls as part of your membership fee. The number of coaching calls included will be specified in your membership details. You are also entitled to access the ‘Amazon Private Label Training Programme’ content. Additional services may come at an optional additional fee, for example, private or in-person coaching with Jonny, workshop, and mastermind events, and so on. Information on these services and extras are available upon request and are not essential. Whatever you need, whenever you need it, we are always here to help.

Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA will not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA. Without limitation, Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages related to either directly or indirectly (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment/s made by you; (2) a member's inability to use any material provided by Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA; (3) Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA's failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material; or (4) any kind of error in the transmission of material; or (5) the use by a member of any research to invest in any way which may be deemed unsuitable in accordance with certain industry standards. Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA and the member acknowledge that without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA and the member.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications. For all our digital information products, we offer these under the Silicon Oasis Free Zone online selling act. When you purchase training, you will be sent an email containing details of how to access the content. This measure is in compliance with the current Fair Trading acts. A 'cooling off period' does not apply and is granted only at the discretion of the issuing company i.e., Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA. Refunds are not provided on any basis or for any reason due to Jonny's one-to-one time commitment to you along with you having full access to all training course content. These measures are in place to prevent piracy in the form of customers purchasing, digesting information, and claiming a refund. Please see the risk statement(s) laid out in paragraph four (4) and the liability statement(s) laid out in paragraph five (5) of this agreement for more information.

Refund Policy

Yes, we have a 14-day refund policy. As long as you've watched less than 30% of the training, I'll refund you 100% of your money.

Confidentiality Policy

By purchasing, you, the receiving party, are agreeing to comply with our confidentiality policy. Any information disclosed by or on behalf of Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA within the product you have purchased (whether in writing, electronic or digital form, verbally or by inspection of documents, computer systems, or sites, or pursuant to discussions or by any other means or other form and whether directly or indirectly) is confidential in nature or may reasonably be considered to be commercially sensitive and which relates to the business and affairs of Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA, including but not limited to: All intellectual property rights of Jonathan Paul / The Ultimate FBA and all analyses, statistical data, and other documents prepared by the purchaser which contain or otherwise reflect or are generated from the information referred to within the product.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any one of our products or services, whether a digital information product or a live event such as our bi-weekly live calls, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not sign this agreement and immediately notify a member of the team. Your continued enrolment following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Payment will be taken from your Credit/Debit card as agreed at the time of purchase. If payments are defaulted for any reason, we will notify you within 5 business days. Product access will be suspended until further payments are received. Payments are managed securely by PayPal, Stripe, or Mamopay, which are three of the largest online payment providers in the world.
